Fact: My landlord deposited said check, also well ahead of the check\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s due date.<\/p>\n
Fact: I have 22 days left on my lease.<\/p>\n
Fact: My housemates have found a replacement housemate who has already signed a lease that starts June 1, 2005.<\/p>\n
Fact: There are piles of that person\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s crap sitting in the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153other room\u00e2\u20ac? (which I think of as a 2nd living room and everyone else thinks of as a place to play Beer Pong) and, more importantly, my bedroom.<\/p>\n
I believe these truths to be self evident, and furthermore, if the above-mentioned crap isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t out of my room when I get home from work, something, possible something bad, is going to happen.\u00c2\u00a0 My window if very tiny, but there is a very convenient stairway just oportunity for bad things is somewhat limited.<\/p>\n
5\/10\/05: The stuff is out.\u00c2\u00a0 Aparently the new person is staying in an existing housemate\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s room until I move out, but that existing housemate hadn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t finished moving out when the new person was moving in, hence the overflow in my room.\u00c2\u00a0 They appologised, and I graciously accepted with an \u00e2\u20ac\u0153oh, don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t worry about it.\u00e2\u20ac?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
