{"id":11,"date":"2005-05-09T19:56:28","date_gmt":"2005-05-09T19:56:28","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=11"},"modified":"2025-10-17T13:46:32","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T17:46:32","slug":"irritation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/callblog.net\/blog\/post\/irritation","title":{"rendered":"Irritation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fact: I sent my final rent check in well ahead of it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s due date.<\/p>\n<p>Fact: My landlord deposited said check, also well ahead of the check\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s due date.<\/p>\n<p>Fact: I have 22 days left on my lease.<\/p>\n<p>Fact: My housemates have found a replacement housemate who has already signed a lease that starts June 1, 2005.<\/p>\n<p>Fact: There are piles of that person\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s crap sitting in the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153other room\u00e2\u20ac?
